Your Next Motorsports Connection Could Start in Indianapolis

A passion for racing can begin behind a simulator, in a college esports program, or in the grandstands. Discovering where that passion could take you often starts with a conversation.

This December, female college students have an opportunity to start those conversations at Women With Drive VI, taking place December 7–9, 2026, in Indianapolis, ahead of the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) event.

In collaboration with Women in Motorsports North America, Init Esports is giving away three summit tickets to female college students, each valued at $575. It’s a chance to step into the motorsports community, meet women in the industry, and explore what might come next.

Connecting a Passion for Racing With New Possibilities

For students interested in motorsports, figuring out where to begin can feel like a challenge. You may love competition, spend hours developing your skills in sim racing, or help run your college’s esports club—but still be exploring how those interests fit into your future.

An event like Women With Drive VI offers a setting to ask questions, hear different perspectives, and learn from women whose experiences can help broaden your understanding of the industry.

You don’t need to have your entire career mapped out to benefit from making connections. Sometimes, a conversation helps you discover an unfamiliar role, sharpen an interest, or feel more confident about taking your next step.

Where Collegiate Sim Racing Enters the Picture

The entry point for this ticket drawing is CCSR—the newly established Collegiate Championship for Sim Racing.

Sim racing gives students a way to put their enthusiasm for motorsports into practice through competition, preparation, and teamwork. It can also bring together people with different interests, from driving and race strategy to the technology and organization behind a successful event.

Through this giveaway, Init Esports is inviting female college students to connect their interest in collegiate sim racing with an opportunity to engage with the wider motorsports community.

Whether you’re already involved in your campus racing scene or just beginning to explore it, this is an opportunity to take that curiosity further.

Three Tickets Available—Here’s How to Enter

Init Esports and Women in Motorsports North America are offering three Women With Drive VI summit tickets, valued at $575 each, through a ticket drawing for female college students.

To enter:

1. Visit initesports.gg/CCSR.

2. Sign up for the Collegiate Championship for Sim Racing.

3. Complete your sign-up by November 1, 2026, to enter the summit ticket drawing.

With the summit taking place December 7–9, now is a good time to explore the opportunity and get your registration underway.

Help More Students Find Their Way Into Motorsports

This opportunity is also worth sharing with the people who support collegiate esports.

College Esports Directors, student club leaders, and campus organizations can help connect interested students with the drawing. If you know a female college student who loves motorsports, competes in sim racing, or is curious about the industry, send this her way.

An introduction can open a conversation. A conversation can reveal a possibility. And a trip to Indianapolis could be the beginning of a new chapter in someone’s racing journey.

Ready to take the next step? Sign up for CCSR by November 1, 2026, for a chance to attend Women With Drive VI.
