1. Participants MUST be at least 18 years old.
    

2. Every team member participating in CECC events must be enrolled in their respective institution for the given semester and maintain good academic standing. Players are required to meet the minimum full-time credit requirement of 12 credits per semester, or what is declared by their institution. 
    

3. You must register with your official .edu email address.
    

4. You must include the contact information for a faculty member at your academic institution who endorses your participation in this competition.
    

5. To participate you MUST own a valid up-to-date account on iRacing with the relevant Car/Track, these will NOT be provided.
    

6. Everyone MUST submit a media release form. If you would like to be on social media or live on the broadcast, you will need to provide a picture of your choice (guidance is provided) and/or be ready with a webcam. Any questions about this please reach out to an admin on Discord.
    

7. To run in the tournament, we need to assign you a role in the Discord channel. You will need to provide your Discord Tag in the registration form. If you have any questions, please email events@initesports.com for assistance.
    

8. All event communications will be exclusively on Init Discord.
    

9. All requested information during signup must be submitted no later than 7pm ET on November 23, 2026. If you are not able to do so, we will not be able to guarantee you a spot in the championship.
