1. Participants MUST be women. The goal is to create a critical mass community to provide more opportunities for females in sim racing and motorsports. Allies are welcome to participate as spectators and supporters, but only women, or individuals who publicly identify as women, will be able to race.

2. Participants MUST be at least 13 years old.

3. To participate you MUST own a valid up-to-date account on iRacing with the relevant Car/Track, these will NOT be provided. If you do not own iRacing, please contact an admin on Discord to see if Init can help.

4. Everyone MUST submit a picture for internal verification purposes only. However, if you would like to be on the broadcast, you will need to provide a picture of your choice and/or be ready with a webcam. Any questions about this please reach out to an admin on Discord.

5. To run in the tournament, we need to assign you a role in the Discord channel. You will need to provide your Discord Tag in the registration form. If you have any questions, please email events@initesports.com for assistance.

6. All event communications will be exclusively on Init Discord.

7. All requested information during signup must be submitted no later than 1 week before each event. If you are not able to do so, we will not be able to guarantee you the same level of exposure as other participants that met this requirement (e.g., liveries, social media exposure, on-stream appearances).
