The Screen to Speed Dream Team was born from a bold vision: to prove (without question) that women belong at the forefront of competitive sim racing. Init Esports handpicked elite female sim racers to form an all-women team capable of competing at the highest levels of the sport.

 

Their debut at the 24-hour VCO Infinity race (April 20–21, 2024) marked a defining moment, showcasing not only exceptional talent, but the undeniable impact of women racing shoulder-to-shoulder in top-tier, mixed-gender competition.

The Screen to Speed Dream Team was born out of a bold vision—to prove that women belong at the forefront of competitive sim racing. For the first time, we handpicked top-tier female sim racers to represent our movement, assembling an all-women team to compete in the most prestigious mixed-gender sim racing events. Their debut at the 24-hour VCO Infinity race on April 20-21, 2024, was a groundbreaking moment, showcasing not only their exceptional talent but also the undeniable presence of female racers in the virtual racing world.

 

Racers like Victoria Mello, Nina Hahn, Sara Dove, and Yvonne Houffelaar set the stage for what’s possible, each bringing unique skills, determination, and an unstoppable drive to succeed. But this was just the beginning.
 

The Dream Team's next adventure was the 24hrs of Daytona with Esmeralda Beemsterboer, Sara Dove, Nina Hahn, and Beitske Visser as the selected drivers. They were incredible with a 4th overall in the LMP2 class!!!

How it started...

For the very first time in March 2024, Screen to Speed handpicked top-tier female sim racing drivers to represent our movement, forming an all-women team set to compete in renowned mixed-gender sim racing events. The debut of the Dream Team not only showcased the exceptional talent of female racers but also emphasized their significant presence in the virtual racing domain.

The drivers selected for the inaugural Screen to Speed Dream Team Accelerated by Mahle made their debut at the prestigious 24-hour VCO Infinity race on April 20-21. Among the standout racers were Victoria Mello, Nina Hahn, Sara Dove, and Yvonne Houffellaar. Each member brought a distinct skill set and background to the team, bringing fierce competition on the virtual track.
